Case Study – Nelson Mill & Associated Residential Portfolio
In Summer 2021, Lamb & Swift were instructed to act on behalf of a long-standing Client to assist with the freehold disposal of an established multi-let mill property and associated residential cottage portfolio.
The property comprised a substantial multi-storey, mixed use and multi-tenanted mill complex, on a site of approximately 2.5acres, together with a Grade II Listed terraced of 8 stone cottages. The property was marketed by way of Private Treaty, generating a significant level of interest and resulting in a sale exceeding the asking price to a local investor.
