Lamb & Swift were appointed to negotiate new leases and rents on the above two units, in July 2021. The units are prominently located close to junction 6 of the M61 Motorway and at 5000 sq ft per unit, offer good space for the occupiers. The rents hadn’t been reviewed since they were let 10 years ago.
After extensive negotiations, new 10 year leases were agreed at a 40% increase in rental levels from the previous level. An excellent increase in rent for the landlord on their investment and certainty for the tenant to remain in the location.
